They offer unlimited incoming minutes and outgoing minutes based on the license purchased. There are three Domestic Calling Plan options to choose from: Domestic Calling Plan Zone-1 US, Domestic Calling Plan Zone-1 Canada/UK, and Domestic Calling Plan Zone-1 Australia.
International calling plans are suitable for businesses that need to make frequent international calls. They include both domestic and international minutes for outbound calls. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Microsoft Teams direct routing is a feature that allows you to connect your existing phone system to Microsoft Teams, enabling you to make and receive calls from any device using the Teams app. With direct routing, you can leverage your existing telephony infrastructure and contracts, while enjoying the benefits of Teams collaboration and productivity.
You can also integrate your phone system with third-party applications, such as call centres, analogy devices, and private branch exchanges (PBXs). To use direct routing, you need a supported session border controller (SBC) that connects your phone system to Teams through the internet. You can either use your own SBC or a vendor’s SBC that is certified for direct routing
Microsoft Teams Support
Microsoft Teams Phone: This is an add-on that allows you to use Teams as a phone system, with features such as making and receiving calls outside your organization, transferring calls between devices, and transcribing calls. You can either use your own phone number or get a new one from Microsoft. You can also choose between a standard plan, a calling plan, or an E5 plan, depending on your needs and budget.
Microsoft Teams Rooms: This is an add-on that allows you to enhance your meeting experience with Teams Rooms, which are devices that connect to Teams and enable you to join meetings with one touch, share content wirelessly, and use AI-powered audio and video. You can either use Teams Rooms Basic, which is free for up to 25 rooms, or Teams Rooms Pro, which offers more security and features.
